Lunch-time meeting with the Very Rev Bob Key: Thy Kingdom Come

You are invited to a lunchtime meeting with the Very Rev Bob Key from the Anglican Communion, London.  

When: Tuesday 10th April at 12.15 (to 2pm) 

Where: Boardroom, Anglican House, 32 Mulgrave Street, Thorndon, Wellington                 

Please bring your own lunch. We will provide tea, coffee and juice.

Background: The Very Revd. Bob Key is the Anglican Communion Lead for Thy Kingdom Come the Archbishop of Canterbury’s prayer initiative that people should pray for their friends, families, communities and countries to come to know Jesus. This annual event runs from Ascension to Pentecost and involved 85 countries last year. Bob is a member of the Archbishops’ Evangelism Task Group and was Dean of Jersey for twelve years before his retirement in 2017. He spent most of his ministry in Oxford where he was Vicar of St Andrew’s, a large and lively Church in the famous University city.

Bob has preached and lectured all over the world, from Sydney to Siberia and has taught in colleges and seminaries in India, Asia and the USA. He taught Preaching at Wycliffe Hall Oxford for ten years and has lectured on evangelism and pastoral reflections on New Testament theology.

Bob is a founder member of the Archbishops’ College of Evangelists.
