How to Give
The Anglican Missions Board relies on the support and generosity of people willing to give towards mission partnerships.
One of the key ways you can support the work of the Anglican Missions Board is by donating towards specific missions projects or by donating towards our regular appeals.
For information on our current appeals, mission projects and how you can support these please contact us.
How Your Money Is Spent
We are often asked about the distribution of monies sent to the Anglican Missions Board. Our Canon (Title B Canon IX) specifies the Associated Bodies, Partners in Mission and Related Organisations that we can support financially. We are pleased that we have secure channels through which to pass on our funding to our partners in mission, and the recipients comment on the directness of the transactions. The areas of expenditure are reflected below.
1. Resourcing primary evangelism
2. Resourcing and nurturing of new faith communities
3. Aid and relief work
4. Development projects
5. Theological training for church leaders
6. Primary health care
7. Education for underprivileged children
8. Assistance to church administration
9. Clergy Support
10. Deputation for visiting Mission Partners
11. Mission Promotion and Administration
